  • TOP SECRET/SCI CLEARANCE - You must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance based on SSBI with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • DRUG TESTING -This position is a testing designated position (TDP) in accordance with (IAW) Drug Free Federal Workplace Program. You will agree to submit to urinalysis testing on a recurring basis. You are required to sign a DA Form 5019 form.
  • POLYGRAPH - You must be willing to take and successfully pass a Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph (CI/Poly).
  • TDY - Requires approximately 5% TDY (temporary business travel).

    In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.

    To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized Experience is defined as: providing Cyber Survivability Endorsement (CSE) implementation guidance; assisting in the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development and justification; assisting in the facilitation of the assessment of required operation capabilities and tactical command and control system performance.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).

    Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
