Senior Director, ACD Software Development

The American Institute of Architects seeks Senior Director, ACD Software Development in Washington DC to serve as technical lead in design, development, unit testing, implementation, maintenance, and integration of cloud-based AIA Contract Documents online services, including procurement and coordination of vendors, ACD software application architecture/development, and coordinate activities with other IT/Operations teams. Reqs: Masters in Comp Sci, IT or equiv; 8 yrs exp in software development in .Net, Sharepoint, MS SQL Server, and Azure Cloud technologies, 5 yrs developing online applications and integration into 3rd party software including payment gateways such as PayPal, 5 yrs in templates authoring, provisioning, verification, and validation of standard agreement/form documents based on OOXML and XML (exp can be gained concurrently); strong knowledge of MS Office Open XML; Web Application Open Platform Interface Protocol; IRM, OOS Integrations; text comparison algorithms such as textdiff; an O(ND) difference algorithm and its variations; developing Multi-Factor Authentication solutions using MS Identity Frameworks and integrating with 3rd party SMS and Email solutions such as Twilio; application performance management tools such as DynaTrace; fault tolerant web platforms in public cloud providers such as Azure, or RackSpace; application lifecycle management tools such as MS Visual Studio Team Foundation Server, Github, or Continuous Integration; strong technical/project management skills.
