Membership Development Manager

Does membership acquisition excite you?  Do you like working with others who are passionate about their work? If so, come join The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)!  We are currently searching for a development manager to spearhead our member recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, managing and monitoring digital and direct mail acquisition programs
  • Developing, leading and measuring local chapter/SIG (special interest group) acquisition strategies
  • Helping to develop concepts for brochures, mail pieces, advertising and promotional literature

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A four- year degree with 5-7 years’ experience in association membership/marketing
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Solid data analysis skills, spreadsheets (excel), and online analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Experience in direct mail advertising, digital acquisition, and social media acquisition
