Specialized Experience: is experience that has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such specialized experience is defined as demonstrated ability to produce stories for digital and television, interactive video, graphical stories, data journalism; demonstrated experience in video editing using Adobe Premier; demonstrated ability with video production, including interactive video for use in multiple platforms such as Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Telegram; knowledge of the United States and Latin America, its history, economics, culture, and socio-political development regarding advanced radio and television broadcasting skills.
Applicants cannot substitute education for experience.
