ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / DOCUMENTS COORDINATOR
GORDON, a Civil Engineering company, is seeking a strong Administrative Assistant / Documents Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a progressive word processing role. Candidates should possess advanced skills in MS Office 2007-2010 (Word (formatting, indexes, table of contents and mail merge), Excel (spreadsheets and formulas), and will provide support to GORDON’s administrative staff in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. Required skills include ability to type 60+ WPM, be organized, flexible, possess excellent communication and time management skills, be detailed oriented, and must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. MS Project skills is a plus.
