Research and Engineering Development, LLC is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist to administer various DoD contract types – CPFF, FFP, T&M and Delivery Order.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and track prime and subcontract financial expenditures, ceiling, budgets and funding
• Manage subcontract and consultant agreements and renewals
• Track, review and prepare contract modifications
• Prepare and submit client invoices
• Assist CFO/CEO to assess overall contract performance and operations.
• Assist CFO/CEO with proposals
• Prepare monthly status reports and contract summaries

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in Deltek Costpoint desired
• 5+ years of hand on experience in a DOD contract atmosphere
• Excellent Excel and MS Word skills
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARs
• Knowledge of WAWF

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in business related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
• An additional 2 years of experience may be substituted for a degree

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

• Full time position: Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday with core hours of 7am to 5pm (flexibility to set 8 hour day)
