The Recruitment Marketing Specialist at Adventist HealthCare, is a key part of the Talent Acquisition & Development team helping to drive new branding, advertising, digital, collateral and video initiatives across AHC to help attract, acquire, engage, and retain top talent.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to create interest and awareness of Adventist HealthCare through candidate communications, career website, social media, videos, recruitment collateral and more.
  • Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants. Help define touch points and best communication opportunities in the candidate life-cycle. This role, in particular, will help create, recruit and administer internships for leaders in Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance and Supply Chain. This may also include apprenticeships for staff level positions.
  • Communicate and showcase Adventist HealthCare employee value proposition, culture, mission, and work environment to prospective candidates and employees.
  • Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters and track, measure and report on campaign results, design and execute internal campaigns to drive employee referrals/ employee engagement.
  • Oversee company's career site and suggest improvements, manage the content calendar, produce and coordinate content for careers website, and help maintain employer profiles across social media channels (i.e. Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Create engaging job descriptions and content to share across multiple channels including blog features, photos, videos, print collateral, event properties and communication templates that clearly demonstrate why Adventist HealthCare is a great place to work.
  • Design and plan recruiting events and serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
  • Generate monthly updates for company's leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives and communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Work closely with HR department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges and suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement.
