In this role this leaders will oversee the operations for Women's Services which includes: Labor and Delivery, Post Partum and Special care Nursery This person will also assess, direct, manage and evaluate the delivery of nursing care and patient support services on a 24-hour basis. This position maintains optimum patient care operations, including staffing, scheduling, general resource allocation and communication systems through effective fiscal and operational management. Utilizes orientation, education and staff development programs to expand each employee's individual capacity for professional growth.
Masters degree required, previous Women's services management experience required, Director level preferred.

Work Schedule:

40 hours a week Typically M-F 7-4:30 but will vary due to 24/ 7 responsibility
