The Lourie Center for Children's Social & Emotional Wellness is a private, non-profit agency with a mission to improve the social and emotional health of young children and their families through prevention, early intervention, education, research and training. The Lourie Center has four core programs serving children birth through age 12 and their families: Head Start, The Lourie Center School, The Therapeutic Nursery Program and Parent-Child Clinical Services.

The Clinical Training Manager:
oversees the delivery and ongoing development of the attachment and relational model of clinical assessment and intervention
Provides clinical oversight/supervision to staff and clinical supervisors of the PCCSP. Collaborates with Clinic Leadership to conduct/ensure annual performance appraisals for all clinical staff consistent with the Center's performance appraisal system
Recruits new clinical staff and recommends hiring, promotions and terminations to Clinic Leadership
Coordinates with staff and contract supervisors for delivery of supervision of students/trainees during training years in the PCCSP
Attends weekly Clinic Leadership meetings and Clinical Review meetings for crisis management, coordination of care, quality assurance, and review of Care Card performance
In collaboration with Clinic Leadership, oversees staff development and training designed to enhance the skills and expertise of clinical staff. (Encourages staff participation in professional presentations, both internally and externally
Develops and maintains the year-long training program in coordination with Training Coordinator and leads weekly training seminar
Directly supervises staff members and clinical supervisors

Qualified candidates will possess:
Graduate degree in a mental health discipline (Psychiatry, psychology, social work)
Active Maryland clinical license (LCSW-C, PhD, PsyD or LCPC).
Active BLS CPR card
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a mental health setting, including supervisory.
Actice license
