Responsible for providing exceptional learning, coaching and organizational development (OD) experiences to accelerate performance, elevate productivity, employee engagement and retention of key talent in the organization.

Serve as an internal consultant providing a range of services to build individual, team and organizational capabilities and performance. Provide system-wide and entity-specific consultation consistent with organizational objectives and strategic initiatives.
Design, develop, and implement programs tailored to meet OD needs and program goals including new and existing leadership development programs using adult learning theory
Provide expert facilitation using appropriate OD methods and tools. Facilitates formal and informal learning through a variety of methods, classroom, webinars, virtual and blended approaches and develops measures of success associated with learning and development for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Serve as a formal executive/leadership coach. Coach leaders and teams on effective business behaviors, change management tools and resources needed to lead teams.
Gather, analyze and synthesize data on client needs, provide feedback, craft interventions and strategies to meet needs, and collaborate with Team in the selection and implementation of chosen interventions. Use data and analysis to inform organization effectiveness/talent program decisions including use of various assessments and tools (i.e. DiSC, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), 360's, etc).
Stay abreast of new thought leadership and methodologies in OD, change, and leadership development through research and networking. Use research and industry best practices to influence innovative solutions.
Use expertise and strong communication skills to influence leaders and teams; is comfortable operating on influence without authority.
Collaborate and partner with other L&OD team members and HR Business Partners to design and deliver a core leadership and management curriculum that differentiates in both content and delivery method according to core business needs and levels, while emphasizing core capabilities, competencies and behaviors required across the enterprise.
Contribute to talent management processes including succession planning, talent review and assessment, talent development, organizational assessment, program evaluation, staff development and employee engagement.
Actively embrace and promote the AHC Mission and RISES Values; demonstrates servant leadership and acts as a role model for the AHC workforce.

Work Schedule:

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Organization Development (OD), Instructional Design (ID), Learning & Development (L&D), or other related discipline.

Required: 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources with at least last5 yearsin OD, Talent Management and Learning, including demonstrated OD intervention skills.
