The Clinical Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and administration related to patient care, education, safety and quality in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice. Promotes a professional practice environment through collegial and collaborative partnerships with all stakeholders across the system regarding clinical operations, education, customer service, patient safety, financial stewardship, quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
