Candidate must have a Universal CFC License; knowledge in repairs and preventive maintenance of commercial HVAC systems, including water source heat pumps, VAV’s, electrical and plumbing systems. Prior supervisory experience, proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, and a professional appearance are required. Competitive salary, health care, 401K.
