Sparks Group is seeking an energetic Administrative Assistant to join a fast- growing technology company in Bethesda, MD. This individual will manage the office, provide support to management and employees, and assist with the daily operations. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, flexible and able to multi- task.
o Answer and direct phone calls
o Organize and schedule appointments
o Coordinate meetings and take minutes
o Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
o Prepare expense reports
o Manage data in CRM database
o Update and maintain office policies and procedures
o Order office supplies and maintain general upkeep of the office
o Coordinate travel arrangements
o Follow up on leads from sales team
o Submit and reconcile expense reports
o Assist with creating proposals and following up on leads
o Additional projects as assigned
o Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
o Detail-oriented, proactive and ability to flex with changing priorities
o Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
o Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
o Exceptional communication skills
o Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
