Qualified applicants must have ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex mechanical and pneumatic systems and electrical components; familiarity with PLC controls, mixing equipment, air compressors, boilers and pumps; must have own tools. Changeovers Perform the major (format) changeovers Stage change parts and keep organized CO debriefs and improvements Settings Document and maintain proper settings TPM Perform daily/weekly m/monthly PMs Coordinate Quarterly repair work Enhancements Work with Engineer to design, test and implement enhancements Performance Optimization Work with operators and supervisors to identify how best to run the line Shift debrief Qualification High school diploma or GED 3 + years experience in a manufacturing environment Must have own tools and the knowledge and ability to use all common hand and power tools Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex mechanical and pneumatic systems and basic electrical components Ability to fabricate simple repair parts Familiarity with PLC controls, mixing equipment, air compressors, boilers, and pumps
