Systems and Business Support Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Work with organizations to redesign technical business processes and provide clients with management consulting on organization redesign and new business processes. Participate in technical studies to evaluate business systems requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Assist the project manager on high-priority projects. Interface with programmers and analysts to explain solutions. Prepare communications and create presentations on system enhancements or alternatives.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, or a related Cloud technology

-Experience with Agile methodology

-Experience in writing user stories, including all verification criteria

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with administering or developing ServiceNow preferred

-Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) a plus

-Knowledge of business improvement processes and strategic planning

-Ability to troubleshoot ServiceNow and SharePoint sites and systems

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment using Agile software development processes

-Ability to interface with software developers, product owners, and testers

-Ability to link and trace back requirements to source with delivery
