The Business Services group within the Single-Family Office of the Client manages the internal infrastructure that supports the sales, relationship and marketing teams and their infrastructure functions. We are seeking a highly organized, detail orientated Business Management Professional to support our business management functions, including Privacy, Records, Business Continuity, and Space management. Our goal is to deliver value added services and analysis that support business decisions and our team's needs.

Responsibilities include:
  • Support the division's participation and compliance with corporate-sponsored processes, projects, policies, e.g.
  • Records Management Champion
  • Privacy Champion (including clean desk sweeps)
  • Business Continuity Champion
  • Technology Migration Champion (including EUCs, ETX Ambassador)
  • Procurement Liaison
  • Manage various control practices/processes, e.g.
  • Space Management updates
  • SharePoint and HomeFront administration (granting permissions, updating announcements etc.)


Basic Requirements
  • 3-5 plus years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (accounting, finance, computer science or a related field)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with business partners at various levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including strong Excel (including Pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills
  • Team player

Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of the Single-Family business
  • Experience with privacy, records, business continuity or SharePoint a plus
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
