In this position you will have the opportunity to support the funding, monitoring, servicing and reporting of loans and loan related data. As a Loan Operations Specialist, you will: * Support collections and funding of loans by preparing and reviewing necessary documentation to process payments and advances including, but not limited to, input of data in loan operations and customer relationship management systems and other related systems. Create and deliver timely and accurate accounting information to internal and external customers. Resolve loan related data problems within the loan accounting system. Contribute to creation and maintenance of operational procedures. To be successful, you will need: * High school diploma with some college level course work, or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting preferred. Minimum two years of loan servicing or operations experience required. Previous financial institution experience preferred. Knowledge of automated loan servicing systems preferred. Strong customer service skills. Ability to analyze loan documents.
