Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience. (3 years related capturebusiness development experience) Develop capture strategy including business solution for pursuit of opportunities identifies potential customers, competitive assessments, teaming suppliers, and prices-to-win participates in developing ROMs, bid and proposal activities Have experience with building road maps, strategic plans, capability presentations. Familiarity with online tools used by the Federal Government for solicitations Experience in supporting business development programs focused on opportunity identification and development and long term strategy development Proven record of success managing capture efforts within the Federal and local Government Community Demonstrated skills in all areas of business development including opportunity qualification, capture strategy, customer visits, customer relationship development, relationship development with competition, team leadership, etc Proven track record in capturing a variety of programs, including pre-proposal and working on industry proposal teams and serving on review teams Support overall strategic planning and linking pursuitscapture activities which support the business development metrics for awards, submits, and pipeline Conducts and participates in gate, pricing, teaming, and capture reviews leads and documents lessons learned Leads and negotiates teaming agreements and strategic alliances The candidate must be an organized, aggressive, highly skilled professional, knowledgeable in government contracting with excellent collaboration skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills Have experience working in the Intelligence Community to include a deep understanding of the roles of each organization along with experience in building relationships in that customer community
