We consult, design, and install advanced audio and video systems to a wide variety of customers. Our projects include video conferencing solutions, meeting spaces, smart homes, sports bars and restaurants, houses of worship, retail, and government. We strive to stay current with the newest technologies to provide the most cost-effective solution to meet our customers' needs. We are headquartered in Owings, MD but projects occur in Washington DC, Virginia, and Baltimore metro areas. EDGE Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled Lead AV programmer for the following responsibilities: Gathering requirements and designing GUI for touchpanels and other control surfaces Programming custom Crestron control systems based on wiring diagrams and documentation Programming custom Biamp, QSC, and Clearone audio systems IP network design, setup, implementation, and troubleshooting Oversee commissioning of all AV systems Create user guides and perform user training Update As-Built prints with any adjustments made during commissioning Perform programming adjustments on previous installs or new upgrades Develop company GUI and programming templates to be used by junior programmers Attend in-person and online trainings to keep up to date on the latest technology The following skills and certifications are required: - Crestron Programming Certification - Experience programming and tuning Biamp, QSC audio systems - Strong experience in IP network infrastructure, routers, and switches - Experience with GUI design and development - Experience designing and troubleshooting Video conferencing and IP Camera systems The following skills and certifications preferred: AVIXA CTS certification
