Microsoft SharePoint(Knowledge) Mandatory/Minimum Requirements (Must Haves for the Candidate): . 7+ years of experience under general direction, implements, monitors, and reorganizes databases, codes, tests, implements, and maintains database architectures. Executes utility requirements such as reorganization, back-up and recovery. . Candidate should have 7 years of experience in My SQL database maintenance and database architecture. . Should have good knowledge in Sharepoint. . Analyzes and resolves database system production problems. Analyzes user requirements and statistics, and participates in database design and performance evaluation reviews. . Advises systems engineers on database coding issues. Prepares system documentation. May be involved in the data modeling process. Job Description (Candidate Duties on the job): Database administration, reporting, systems administration, and development activities i. Develop and maintain a data dictionary that supports all databases within the data architecture, displaying relationships of the current and/or proposed data within the data architecture. ii. Use data to support content required for all Civil Rights queries and reports, to include reports supporting other automated systems or technologies. iii. Create and maintain complex tables and data views to enhance data processing efficiencies. iv. Maintain the data architecture, data marts infrastructure, and all components that support efficient use of the information residing within the architecture. v. v. Provide system administration activities for instances of COTS database applications used by DOCR to support mission activities including iComplaints(R) and EntelliTrak(R) by MicroPact Engineering, Inc, the Reasonable Accommodations System (RAMS), the eFormalFile Complaint Submission System, the ImageNow(R) Document Imaging System by Perceptive Software and the Disadvantage Business Enterprise & Airport Concessions DBE Database. vi. Provide independent verification and validation of all newly acquired software prior to implementation of that software in the production environment. Ensure data quality : i. Conduct quarterly data reliability studies and assist in correcting all deficiencies identified in those studies. ii. Design, implement, and manage a configuration control and change management system for DOCR.
