Procentrix is seeking a highly-motivated Applications Analyst to support the analysis and implementation of a case management system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a federal government customer. The successful candidate will work within a team on an IT systems development project. Their responsibilities will include those of a business analyst, quality assurance analyst, Dynamics 365 functional consultant and scrum master. Specific job responsibilities include the following Participate in customer meetings where requirements are elicited. Responsible for converting requirements into user stories for the team to consume. Create artifacts to aid in the elicitation of requirements as needed. These will include workflow diagrams, security matrices, swim lane diagrams, etc. Develop test cases in Jira using Zephyr and execute those tests against the completed stories finished by the developers. Maintain process documentation. Facilitates requirements gathering and maintenance of the product backlog. Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. Assists with prioritization and resolution of defectsbugs. Assists with configuration of Dynamics 365 to meet specific case management requirements. Perform application testing. Organizes and facilitates project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings. Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprintrelease progress Required skills Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field At least 6 years of IT experience on systems development projects, including in roles as a lead business or systems analyst. Experience guiding customers in adoption of Agile principles Experience using Jira Must have Active DoD or DHS Top Secret clearance Desired skills Experience in a Scrum Master role Prior experience in implementing Agile Scrum development practices in the Federal Government. Experience working on Dynamics 365 based development projects Scrum Master certification from a recognized accreditation agency
