In this role, you have the opportunity to Support pricing and business systems compliance across Mercury. You are responsible for Constructing, modifying, and maintaining the indirect rate model for corporate Mercury Systems and its Business Units Teaming with all functions in the Business Units to drive proposal pricing actions Supporting audits of proposals and business systems conducted by the DCAA, DCMA, and major defense prime contractors Preparing and presenting incurred cost proposals for relevant Mercury entities Conceiving of and drive process improvements in the area of commercial item acquisition Preparing and delivering presentations to senior management related to the impacts of pricing and systems compliance on the Mercury business model To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience BA or BS degree in Accounting/Finance/Business 7 years pricing and accounting experience in the defense industry Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Focused on business systems compliance and pricing support Exceptional excel skills, and experience modeling financial scenarios Proven track record of managing external audits done by the DoD and its relevant agencies Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to interact with and support senior management, work independently, and work across functions to influence change required to achieve goals This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations ie the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration regulations (EAR) All applicants must be US Persons within the meaning of US regulations.
