Who we are looking to hire We are looking for a talented experience Systems Architect to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will have broad experience in systems and technologies used within the clinical research, healthcare, eHealth and mHealth domains. What would you be doing in this position? Serving as IT owner of all digital business systems and consultant to leadership long-range planning concerning new or projected areas of technological research and advancements. Independently leads the planning, research, design, analysis and testing phases of technical projects. Collaborates with top technical and business leaders to ensure business continuity and unified technical direction. Essential Functions and Other Job Information Essential Functions Serves as a knowledge source for IT on systems development and provides technical leadership for project teams. Analyzes the architecture and technologies underlying systems to develop or refine the overarching technical roadmap and strategy to support the business strategy Develops and owns architecture documents outlining multi-year technology road maps. Develops or refines the process for the release of business products, eg definition of MVP, release candidates, frequency and timelines that can be managed by project managers Develops and owns business product-based technical roadmaps with release plans across company Oversees the execution of product releases Participates in the technical evaluation of potential external partners and provides recommendations on fit with client strategy Leads in improving existing processes and procedures related to technology. Contributes to technical feasibility discussions, prototype development, and design-efficient, adaptable, and scalable architectures. Plans RD programs and recommends technological application programs to accomplish long-range objectives. Designs, researches and develops highly advanced new applications resulting in new productbusiness opportunities. Conducts research into advanced leading-edge features and enhancements. Communicates architecture and design tenets and compliance to management in all relevant areas. Recommends the selection of hardware and software tools. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 15 years') or equivalent combination of education, training, experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Broad experience with technologies in use within the eHealth, mHealth, Clinical Research and Healthcare IT domains Broad experience with multiple software development methodologies Experience with product management and working in partnered environments Client focused approach with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work with ambiguity and complex situations Proven ability to serve as a consultant to leadership in long-range planning concerning new or projected areas of systems development, technological research and advancements Ability to develop information (newly developed concepts, theories, products, etc.) that extends knowledge in systems development Excellent logic, analysis, and problem solving skills Demonstrated executive presence with strong consultation and presentation skills Princeton Information is one of the nation's top five privately-held IT consulting firms, in business since 1985.
