Hilton is creating a best-in-class data & analytics department that will lead a connected ecosystem of data, technology, tools, techniques, people and processes. This innovative data & analytics function will drive advanced analytics and actionable insights to help drive Hilton's performance.What will I be doing?The Analytics team serves as internal consultants to key functions across the business, including Hilton's Customer, Marketing, Digital, and Revenue and Sales organizations, with specialized support for the executive leadership team. The team consists of both embedded subject matter authorities (like this role), who serve as strategic advisors to key partners and technical guides, who are proficient in Tableau, R, SAS and MicroStrategy. The team is fully integrated within the business functions in order to ensure close partnerships and to effectively measure and drive company performance. As a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, you will work directly with the Director of Marketing Analytics and team. You will be responsible for driving Marketing strategy and execution through actionable insights with a focus on statistical analysis and predictive modeling. More specifically, you will: Work with large data sets, amazing teammates and business partners, and on a diverse set of interesting problems in an area that has phenomenal business impactServe as the statistics and modeling authority on the Marketing Analytics team, leading and promoting the practical application of statistics throughout the Marketing organization and Marketing Analytics teamDesign, build, and operationalize predictive models for marketing, including forecasting performance, evaluating impact of marketing initiatives, and understanding the relationship between marketing and business metricsWork with internal and external partners to develop and implement a marketing attribution and mix modelDesign and measure experiments to test marketing hypotheses around optimal spend, strategy, and tacticsIdentify critical business problems, translate them into structured analyses, synthesize data from various sources, and deliver insights that drive strategy, by partnering closely with the business and Analytics teammatesConstantly look for improvements in tools, data sources, and analytic techniques to improve various aspects of marketing analytical and business needsThink strategically about opportunities to drive connections across Hilton's analytics teams, sharing best practices, and driving stakeholder valueWhat are we looking for?We are seeking problem solvers, who are passionate about hospitality and who love the chance to create extraordinary guest experiences.
