Applicants must have at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower band, equivalent to the PE-I, PT-I, AC-III, or GS-11 level in the federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience in conducting studies and in analyzing program and technical information to evaluate data, monitoring information contained in databases, and providing recommendations to improve the efficiency of internal administrative operations, organization, and/or management.
