Applicants must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of SPECIALIZED experience equivalent to the next lower grade/pay band (FG/GS-14 or FV-J) in the Federal government or non-Federal equivalent. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is define as:

• experience leading an organization with a focus on building strong interpersonal relationships across functional areas, addressing various business and administrative disciplines; OR

• experience providing strategic direction and leadership; OR

• experience formulating budget policies. processes, and practices, and applying practical expertise and proven experience in administering large organizational programs. OR

• experience applying advanced management principles, methods and techniques to direct and execute technical, operational and administrative programs and operations.
