We are seeking a Data Analytics Manager to join the Collateral Operations team. This individual will be responsible for overall day-to-day operations, manage the change management deliverables, interface with business stakeholders, and manage/mentor a team of associates, professionals and seniors.

Your work falls into three primary categories:

Data Management:

*Leverage tools to profile data and conduct data discovery
*Develop strategies to solve problems in logical yet creative ways
*Create reports and presentations accompanied by strong data visualization and storytelling
*Present technical information to non-technical colleagues in an understandable and actionable way

Change Management:

*Provide input on project development with the understanding you will need to own it and support it in production
*Own the Incident Management process, prioritizing with stakeholders and ensuring the most critical incidents are addressed timely and successfully restored.
*Participate in operational risk control self-assessments, vendor risk assessments, compliance risk assessments, monitor results and track any issues that are opened to ensure they close on the agreed closure dates

People Management:

*Manages and mentors a team of data analytics associates, professionals, and seniors
*Serves as backup support to the senior leadership team

Qualifications

*Typically, 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or comparable field
*BS/BA Degree in Finance, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
*Experience in relational database structures, research methods, and sampling techniques
*Strong data skills, ability to profile data, and perform other data discovery activities
*Strong technical skills in SQL, SAS, R, Python, Tableau
*Experience managing direct reports required
