BOOKKEEPER About the Company & OpportunityOur client is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team! This is a stable, long respected health research firm with a passionate mission. They are looking for a starting contract position that for the right candidate, has the potential for permanent placement! This starting contract position pays $25 an hour, and for the right candidate, a yearly salary range of $55,000 - $60,000. This is a tight knit accounting department with a long -tenured staff that is willing to enhance and teach the right candidate for this Bookkeeper position! RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BOOKKEEPER: Assist Accounting Manager with monthly billings to clients Prepare and enter AP vouchers into Deltek Filing and maintaining related reports AP vendor invoicing Reimbursements Update spreadsheets for contract close-outs Indirect billing EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE: Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience Experience working in Government Contract Advanced Excel Skills - V-Look-ups, Pivot Tables Deltek GCS, Deltek Time & Expense or Deltek Costpoint experience Full charge bookkeeping experience Bachelors of Finance or Accounting Key Words: bookkeeper, full charge bookkeeper, bookkeeping, accounting, Government Contract, Deltek, accounts payable, accounts receivable
