We are currently looking for an Administration/Billing Assistant to support the Office/Billing Manager. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, work in a time sensitive, team oriented environment and be comfortable with inventory and billing systems. Experience with Customer service and direct contact with customers is required. Microsoft Office Suite expertise, a must. Duties include: . Create/process/close work orders for accounts . Creation, audit and mailing of invoices . Filing customer and vendor contracts . Maintaining vendor contracts and required forms . Create/process Purchase Orders . Collections responsibility, charges/credits/edits as required . Audit of service comparison reports/daily/monthly . Addition of new accounts into system . Monthly/Annual customer contract rate adjustments (Contract Management) . Updating of account information and security authorization requirements as required . Answering telephones, supporting customer service and addressing invoice questions . Maintain office supplies inventory and ordering . Other Administrative, billing and customer service support as required.Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required 2+ years experience as an administrative assistant Fast, proficient, and accurate typist Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other administrative programs Outstanding communicator, both orally and written Excellent customer service skills Self-starter who works well independently Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them Familiar with common office equipment (printers, copier, fax, etc.) Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills Experience with complex file management Strong problem solver and analytical thinker Professional demeanor
