The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for looking after a $65m multi-family development in the DC area. My client already has an APM and a Superintendent assigned to the project and are looking for an experienced PM to handle the key responsibilities. DescriptionThe Project Manager for this development will handle all aspects of the project from pre-construction to close out. The main responsibilities will include:Leading and managing all project teams, including Project Engineers & Asst. Project Managers, Superintendents and sub-contractors.
