Qualifications We are looking for highly skilled Foreman for commercial tenant fit outs including retail stores and offices. Minimum of 5 years experience. Responsible for leading 1-5 man crews, military experience a plus. Must be capable of working and thinking independently. Additionally, a strong understanding of the fundamentals of electricity and sound troubleshooting skills are required. Must pass background check, drug screening, and have a clean driving record. Must have your own tools. Applicant will like a fast paced work environment. Will need to meet inspection deadlines, and order materials. Very good Communication skills required. Other work responsibilities include organizing and planning , directing work, inspecting installations for quality, making sure code standards are met, and ensuring job safety.
