The individual selected for this opportunity will work as part of a multidisciplinary design team to develop breakthrough ideas and creative solutions for our Retail clients. A position you'll love: You'll be working in our dedicated Retail studio with other professionals dedicated to Retail;You'll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility;You'll work directly with clients;You'll lead, work with, and coordinate projects to meet project requirements, budgets and schedules;You'll be responsible for producing contract documents and construction administration;You'll be accountable for project success. Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications: A professional Architecture degree (5-6 yr.) from an accredited university;Architectural registration preferred;10+ years' experience, Hospitality experience a plus; Strong technical expertise, including knowledge of building codes and understanding of various project delivery methods including design/bid, negotiated contracts, IPD, design/build and CM at risk; Strong Understanding of industry standards; Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit;Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and client relationship skills;Motivated self-starter who works well in a collaborative team environment.
