$500 Sign Up Bonus PRIMARY DUTIES Assist the Engineering team in the efficient operation, maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, energy management, and fire protection. Assist in installing, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. Complete work orders and paperwork in a timely manner. Perform a variety of building maintenance and repair tasks, including projects that require light HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry. Follow inspection and service procedures outlined in the preventative maintenance and loss control program. Regularly inspect all areas of the building(s) and perform general maintenance and repairs as necessary to maintain proper level of appearance and operation of fixtures, etc.; report deficiencies, as well as suggestions for improvement. Keep the shop, penthouse equipment rooms and common areas clean, organized and safe. Follow operations a and safety procedures and demonstrate the ability to follow established mechanical/electrical system(s) operating sequences. Must be available for various shifts and to occasionally work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays to ensure adequate building coverage. QUALIFICATIONS An active Top Secret (or higher) security clearance Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician is preferred, but we will consider candidates with mechanical aptitude and a great attitude.
