Experience in administering, deploying and upgrading network firewalls, such as Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, CheckPoint Juniper series. Working experience with Cisco DC LAN Switches (knowledge on Nexus switches is preferred). Deep knowledge on HSRP, GLBP, VRRP, Port Security, VPC Management. Working experience with Load Balancer Big IP F5. Working knowledge on Cisco wireless Controller and Access Points. Provide Network Data and Security support for L2 level. Worked on Network Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting. Coordinate with vendors for hardware or link issues. Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems remotely and on-site. Strong Knowledge in ITIL Framework. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, including conveying technical subject matter clearly and concisely.
