  • One year of actuarial experience at the GS-15 level AND a bachelor's degree that included courses in actuarial science, mathematics, relevant statistics, business, finance, economics, insurance, or computer science totaling at least 24 semester hours. This course work must have included a minimum of 12 semester hours of mathematics that included differential and integral calculus and one or more courses in mathematics for which these calculus courses were prerequisites.

    Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.

    • Financial Disclosure: Senior Executives are required to comply with the provisions of the Ethics in Government Act, PL 95-521, which requires the submission of a financial disclosure statement (OGE 278), upon assuming an SL position. This must be submitted annually and upon termination of employment.
