This is a NON-BARGAINING unit position.
Relocation expenses will NOT be paid.
Minimum Education Requirement:
Specialized Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Planning and implementing continuing personnel management service and or programs in the area of information systems similar to HR Connect, Monster, NFC insight, etc. while advising, isolating, and resolving operational problems. Experience in multiple areas of Human Resource service with an ability to retrieve and combine large data sets while analyzing workforce data and developing recommendations for enhancement using visual tools for reports and presentations. Experience in leading teams and work groups to accomplish major projects while creating and documenting processes and procedures through project management. Experience in identifying and analyze personnel management problems in order to develop alternative solutions while serving as a consultant to managers providing analysis of the complex functions within their organizational area. Experience in communicating orally, in writing, and visually to an array of audiences including senior management.
Education: Education cannot be substituted for experience.
