Strategic Human Capital Analyst

Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for using trend analysis and predictive modeling to effectively evaluate and communicate results to aid a decision-making process that can affect the business, including process and organizational change. Analyze and comprehend the interconnectedness of employee programs. Identify and determine the appropriate data to be analyzed and support the objectives of a project. Work on complex projects and guide the activity of others on the team, as needed. Prioritize deliverables and work independently with minimal guidance.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with conducting strategic or operational workforce planning, including activities, such as workforce demand analysis, workforce supply analysis, and workload modeling
-Experience with conducting data gathering activities, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys
-Experience with conducting quantitative and qualitative workforce data analysis using statistical programs and survey software, including Excel, SPSS, and SAS
-Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
-Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
-Active Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology

Additional Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with supporting defense agencies, program offices, projects, or clients
-Experience with human capital, organizational development or design, leadership development, competency modeling, or organizational psychology in a consulting capacity
-MA or MS degree; MBA preferred
 

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
