We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master with a proven track record leading technology projects. The candidate will be involved with agile scrum teams of a PeopleSoft HCM project. Position Responsibilities Serving as Scrum Master, the candidate will be responsible for documenting existing processes, identifying requirements, proactively monitoring and resolving risksissues, and managing releases. Provide hands-on guidance to project teams using Agile methods. Manage the scrum team tasks in JIRA including Quality assurance and routine audits Track costs and budgets and generate program related reports (ie, resource utilization reports, budget reports, etc.) Assist contract and program management support activities Work directly with clients on activities. Knowledge of industry best-practices regarding agile methodologies. The candidate will interact closely with customer stakeholders, teams of contractors, and full time development staff on projects on a daily basis. Position Requirements Minimum of 4 yearsrsquo experience in relevant software development experience 2 years required experience as Scrum Master with responsibility for daily stand-up meetings, team collaboration, iteration planning, demos and retrospectives Bachelorrsquos Degree Experience working with Agile software project management tools Experience with agile business analysis, including documentation of user stories and test requirements, process documentation Ability to identify approaches, risks, mitigation strategies to meet clientfunctional requirements Consulting skills required with, excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills Proficient Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project skills, SharePoint Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge Preferred experience with PeopleSoft HCM Candidates MUST have an active Public Trust to be considered.
