    The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate for an exciting full-time permanent position within Office of Energy Projects.  The position is located in the Washington D.C.     Candidates must meet the educational requirements for Wildlife Biologist.  Additionally, candidates at the GS-11 level must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 level or have completed requirements for a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; candidates at the GS-12 level must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 level; candidates at the GS-13 level must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 level.

    Specialized Experience for the GS-11 is defined as experience in addressing moderately complex wildlife issues. 

    Specialized Experience for the GS-12 is defined as experience in addressing complex applied wildlife issues. 

    Specialized Experience for the GS-13 is defined as experience in addressing wildlife issues associated with the processing of hydropower development applications.
