Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree 2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment Experience working independently with minimal guidance Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools Preferred Enterprise Technology - Ability to obtain and maintain a government Security Clearance ServiceNow certification Experience implementing ITIL or working on ITIL-related projects IT Service ManagementITIL certification Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with Agile projects Lean, Agile, PM Agile, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Workday - Willingness for weekly client-based travel, up to 80 (Monday -- ThursdayFriday) Workday Financials Professional certification (will certify for qualified candidates) A minimum of 1 full life cycle Workday Financial implementation Hands-on functional experience Proficiency in multiple business processes (Procure-to-pay PTP, Order-to-Cash OTC, General Ledger GL, Fixed Asset Management FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, Grant Management, Chart of Accounts Re-Design, Purchase Order Conversions, Expense Management) Other leading Cloud based SaaS financial application implementation experience (ie NetSuite, Fusion Intact, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Lawson) Oracle - Ability to obtain and maintain a government Security Clearance Oracle EBS experience Functional Resources - Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash RICE Developers - OAF, Oracle Reports, Workflow Builder, SQL, PLSQL, knowledge of Oracle table structures Oracle Apps DBAs - experience on RAC, DataGuard, applying patches, cloning, backup and recovery, performance tuning PMP, OCP or CGFM certification SAP - Ability to obtain and maintain a government Security Clearance Experience with SAP digital solutions SAP S4HANA and Cloud applications (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S4HANA Public Cloud) Experience with Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics How you'll grow At Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
