Work you'll do As an Agile Consultant in our practice you will: Be involved in all phases of the SDLC on Agile projects Heavily interact with product owners and end users Participate in / facilitate discussions to discover solutions, as well as capture and transform business and technology requirements into high-quality User Stories and Acceptance criteria Collaborate with your Agile team to develop and present product increments, prototypes, and solutions to the Product Owner, Stakeholder community, and end users Support the program by performing a variety of Agile project management tasks Perform and support development, testing, and deployment activities for large-scale systems Gather, develop, and/or provide subject matter expertise to inform the product roadmap The team Transparency, innovation, collaboration, sustainability: these are the hallmark issues shaping Federal government initiatives today. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree, and at least 2+ years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience (Minimum of 6 months performing this role in an Agile environment) Demonstrated experience delivering meaningful results while working independently with minimal supervision and guidance Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools Proficient with Agile Lifecycle Management tools (eg Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc.), as well as with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools Verifiable knowledge and experience of technology development and testing approaches for their proposed level Preferred: Agile certification relevant to career path ITIL Experience within a scaled agile environment Experience with Test-Driven Development Experience with DevOps How you'll grow At Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
