Senior Director, North America Change Management Jobs in Gaithersburg, MD. Sodexo has an exciting opportunity in North America for a **Senior Director, North America Change Management** . The Change Leader will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives are successfully executed on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. The Leader will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The change leader will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.. The change leader is a strong influencer and will work through others in the organization to succeed. The leader will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. The change leader may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. The change manager will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.. The change leader will:. + Apply Sodexo's Model for Leading Change methodology and lead change management activities. + Use Sodexo's Model for Leading Change process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.. + Align and coordinate communication efforts around large scale initiatives. + Assess the change impact. + Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.. + Support training efforts. + Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. + Provide change leadership coaching to the executive sponsors, team leads and change champions. + Ensure change management and project management activities are aligned. + Educate project teams on Sodexo's Change Management Methodology. *Skills and Qualifications** :. + A minimum of six years driving, leading and managing change for **large scale organizations**. + Strong consultative capabilities. Prior experience in consulting a plus.. + A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. + Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. + Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, especially at the executive and C level. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization, including headquarters staff in France. + Excellent active listening skills. + Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Able to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Is a team player, capable of working collaboratively with and through others in a matrixed work environment?. + Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere. + Strong drive for results and gets things done, on budget and on time. + **Strong business acumen** and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. + Outstanding project management skills, capable of starting, leading and executing multiple projects simultaneously. Is analytical, detailed oriented, with demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness and a strong attention to detail. Is excellent ensuring the project stays on target, following up where required and providing status updates on an ongoing basis.. + Change management certification or designation desired. + Frequent travel within North America and some travel outside the US may be required. + Preference to have successful candidate work at Sodexo HQ however virtual could be considered.. *Position Summary**. Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree. Basic Management Experience - 10 years.
