ManTech is seeking a dynamic Enterprise IT Program Manager to lead a strategic program within our Homeland Security Division. This is an Executive Director-level position with substantial scope and responsibility for all aspects of program operations, including business development, finance, contracts, subcontracts, HR, and recruiting. As a senior leader in the Homeland Security Division, this role will also be responsible for growing and cultivating ManTech's business relationship with multiple DHS components.. The Enterprise Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the activities of a 150+ person team supporting a broad range of IT operations and application support functions for a critical customer in the national security space. The PM will be the primary ManTech interface for multiple stakeholders inside ManTech as well as within the customer space. The PM will also be responsible for leading change within the program team, and for working directly with the customer to craft and implement innovative solutions using modern technologies such as DevOps, private cloud (IaaS and PaaS), ITSM, adaptive maintenance, and agile IT operations.. Managing successful employee retention and engagement programs.. Mentoring and developing junior, mid-level, and senior team members.. Active or recent (within the last 2 years) DHS EOD or DHS/DOD Top Secret clearance.. Bachelor's degree in an engineering or science discipline and/or 10+ years of experience in an IT Project or Program Management role.. 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, cybersecurity, software development or sustainment, and/or cloud computing solutions.. Current Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.. ITIL Foundations Certification. Exceptional oral and written communications skills..
