As a systems analyst, you will: maintain and support hosted and cloud-based business systems; perform system and program analyses and determine what programs are required; design and apply technology tools and data sets that support staff; develop and document interface specification, including input, output and processes; code and implement new web interfaces; and perform advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field, with at least three to five years of experience in general web-based application development. Experience working in the software development life cycle, testing and validating solutions and working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required, as is familiarity with a range of programming languages (eg, ASP.Net, CSS, HTML 5, etc.) and experience with Microsoft SQL Server suite. The individual must be able to manage multiple priorities and gain consensus across teams and have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, as well as basic project management experience.
