    Candidates must meet educational requirements in addition to having one full year of specialized experience. Specialized Experience is defined as:

    GS-13: At least one year of experience at the GS-12 level.  Experience in independently applying structural engineering to the analysis, investigation, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of dams and hydroelectric power facilities.

    GS-14: At least one year of experience at the GS-13 level.  Experience in independently applying expert level structural engineering to the analysis, investigation, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of dams and hydroelectric power facilities.

    • 3. Demonstrated ability to prepare and present clear, concise and well-organized engineering reports, both orally and in writing.
