The call is beeper and currently physicians only; will eventually adjust to include CRNAs but not initially. Paper charting is currently being used but will transition into EMR later in the year. Types of cases include OB, general surgical, ortho, GYN and urology are biggest volume; little OOR needs (no hearts). Physicians and CRNAs push meds, the CRNAs do not place regionals but they monitor epidurals; do not place.
