Cyber R&D Deputy Director

Key Role:

Serve as a deputy director and leverage business management experience and technical knowledge to lead a group dedicated to developing innovative offense and defense capabilities to change the game within the Cyber domain. Work with the group that contains hackers, hunters, and reverse engineers to develop disruptive technology and deliver pilot capabilities for clients and partners. Oversee customer sales and client management experience to adequately set expectations within these pilots, negotiate relationships, and close customer contracts. Maintain responsibilities related to fiscal oversight, logistics, legal coordination, data security, and personnel management.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience leading technical teams through Cybersecurity or technology projects

-5 years of experience in performing security assessments

-2+ years of experience working on security research and development initiatives

-Experience in a comparable role governing penetration testers and security assessors at the director level

-Experience with sales and customer management through $1M+ security projects

-Experience with Cloud-based tools and related business models such as FEDRAMP certification

-TS/SCI clearance

-MS degree in Engineering, Technology, or Information Security

-CISSP Certification
