Job Details

Serves as a recruiter for Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB) - behavioral healthcare organization with approximately 1400 positions. Develops and implements a recruitment strategy for the CSB. Conducts recruitment outreach to attract outside candidates through variety of sources: social media, local colleges and universities, professional organizations, job fairs etc. Works closely with the CSB leadership and human resources, Department of Human Resources, CSB volunteer program and the hiring managers to develop position advertising and sourcing strategies. Implements branding strategies to market behavioral health, developmental disability, and business operation careers within CSB and benefits of employment with the county and CSB. Provides consultation to department staff on county's recruitment and selection process. Develops and implements strategies to improve existing processes and outcomes. Tracks and analyzes recruitment data and metrics. Creates and disseminates information about the CSB recruitment process and available careers through variety of sources, online, networking events, videos, and information sessions.

Employment Standards MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination of education, experience and training equivalent to graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a bachelor's degree in human resource management, public administration, or a related field; plus two years of professional-level human resources experience.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check, a Child Protective Services Registry, and a sanctions screening to the satisfaction of the employer. May require overtime and/or attendance at some evening or weekend events. TB screening upon hire and annual thereafter.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working as a recruiter. Experience with recruitment in healthcare or behavioral health setting.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work is generally sedentary in nature; however, incumbent will be required to stand, walk, bend and carry items under 15 pounds in weight. Ability to travel to off site locations and use technology. Ability to communicate clearly and accurately, orally and in writing with others is essential. All tasks performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
