Do you have at least 5 years of experience providing support at an executive level in a busy environment? Our client, a Non-Profit Association located near Dupont Circle has a Temp-to-Hire opening for a Temp-to-Hire Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to their Chief Policy Officer.
Do you like your days to go by fast? This person will manage a varied, fast-paced, high volume workload and be able to work both independently and in teams to meet deadlines and accomplish tasks. They will serve as the first point of contact and use a high degree of judgment to handle correspondence and phone inquiries. Will also handle extensive management of the executive’s calendar; coordinate meetings, schedule appointments and manage itineraries and travel agendas and keeping the executive on track.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant along with solid working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. This position will start at $25.00/hour and pay between $60-70K when hired. The work environment is collaborative and the benefits are awesome!
