Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group is currently partnering with an international leader in furniture rental, event furnishings, and relocation services to identify a knowledgeable and assertive Corporate Leasing Administrator to join their growing team. Ideal candidates will have experience managing commercial lease payments in both a tenant and property management capacity. Responsibilities: Handle lease payments, tax estimates and invoice processing for all leased properties Review and approve expense statements and ensure timely payment of taxes, rental obligations, security deposits, etcManage CAM reconciliationsWork closely with VP of Real Estate and Real Estate Manager to maintain all aspects commercial lease agreements for more than 130 locations nationwideCorrespond regularly with property Landlords, building maintenance teams, construction departments, and insurance brokers Manage multiple spreadsheets with detailed lease informationEnsure compliance with Estoppels, insurance certification requirements, and new lease agreement stipulations Qualifications/Background Profile: Previous experience managing commercial real estate leases on tenant side required Must have advanced proficiency within Microsoft ExcelComprehensive knowledge of terminology related to commercial real estate leases Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Demonstrated ability to manage reconciliations Qualified candidates should send their resume AND call Sparks Group for additional details.
